CA AB 957: Affirm or Else

1) California parents will lose custody if they refuse to "affirm" their child's Transgender delusions and fully endorse medical and surgical procedures.

2) In custody disputes, the parent who affirms the child's Transgenderism will receive favorable treatment from the courts. (Section 3011)

3) AB 957 deliberately omits a minimum age; the bill's author testified that its provisions should apply to children as young as 7 years old.
