David Thomas speech to Westlock town council June 12, 2023. LGBTQ crosswalk painting approved for June 18, 2023.

David articulates a civic rights position against preferential and unprecedented promotion of the LGBTQ agenda over traditional conservative values.

Context: David's 15 minute allotted time was cut to 5 at the last minute. The  several pro LGBTQ presenters got about double the time of the two who opposed.

The mayor and other councillors openly sported pro LGBTQ badges! 

A large crowd of anti crosswalk people were excluded from council chambers while almost all supporters were admitted

This entire proceeding was an outrageous abuse of the "duty of state neutrality" as delineated by the Supreme Court of Canada. Mouvement Laique Québécois v Saguenay 2015 Para 72,73

They broke the law with complete disregard and with disdain for many many residents of the town.
