Police Captain Asks Cop To Turn Body Cam Off In DUI Arrest 🚔🚨 pt.1

An Oklahoma City police captain repeatedly asked a cop to “turn off the (body) camera” during his DUI arrest. “I’m a captain of a police department,” Capt. James French was heard saying multiple times, while also gesturing the officer to turn off his body cam.

The arresting officer refused, and after French finally agreed to a sobriety test, he was put in handcuffs.

French has been suspended with pay.
