Watch the Consumer Price Index release live. For the month of May the headline CPI is expected to come in at 4.0% year over year, down from 4.9% last month, and 0.1% month over month. Core CPI which omits food and energy prices is expected to come in at 5.2% year over year vs 5.5% last month.
