Red Heifer Correction

In my red heifer video I claimed that Mishnah Parah 1:1 required the red heifer to be three years old and that three years meant three years. Friends pointed out that the Temple Institute held that the red heifer only had to be two years old. Many suppose that this difference boils down to the interpretation of "three years" in Mishnah Parah. But this is not the case. In this video I explain the real reason why the Temple Institute is running with two years.
