Revelation 21:1— "No More Sea"

In Revelation 21:1 we read that in the new earth there shall be no more sea. Is this to be taken absolutely or relatively? Does this mean that there will be no oceans, seas, or large lakes on the new earth? What does the rest of the Bible say about water on earth in the new heavens and earth?
