Hand Dancing

I'm playing imaginary instruments with my hands. When I close my eyes I can see the shapes, colors and movement of the sounds in the air. I pretend that each movement of my hand triggers the sound that I hear. This is how I look when I'm producing music and it's how I most enjoy listening to my own music. I love to dance with my hands, especially when I wrote the song. The hands have so much free movement, finger dexterity, power to punch and create! They are art in themselves and I am so grateful to feel them dance and enjoy being connected to the sounds they participated in creating.
