METHOD:

Ruffles with Curl

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long and cut Curls 8in

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long and cut Curls 8in

For Bottom you will need 5 Blue Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Green Ruffles cut at 30in plus 5 Blue Curls cut at 8in and Green Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 4 Blue Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Green Ruffles cut at 30in plus 4 Blue Curls cut at 8in and 4 Green Curls cut at 8in

Ribbons Cut -12in
