Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long

For Bottom you will need 5 Blue Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in

For Top you will need 4 Blue Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in
