METHOD:

Ruffles with Curl

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30in long and cut Curls 8in long

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in long and cut Curls 8in long

For Bottom you will need 5 Pink Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Turquoise Ruffles cut at 30in plus 5 Pink Curls cut at 8in and 5 Orange Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 4 Pink Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Turquoise Ruffles cut at 30in plus 4 Pink Curls cut at 8in and 4 Orange Curls cut at 8in

Ribbons Cut -12in
