Do 70% of the Wreath with 10in Poofs on Bottom and Top. 7 Red Poofs on Bottom and 6 Red Poofs on Top

Do 3 Blue Poofs on Bottom and 2 Blue Poofs on Top

Ribbons Cut -12in
