Curls with Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Curls 10in

Top- Cut Ruffles 30in

For Bottom you will need 15 Blue Curls cut at 10in and 15 Red Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 4 Blue Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Red Ruffles cut at 30in

Ribbons Cut -12in
