Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Red Ruffles 30in, Cut Black Ruffles 30in

Top- Cut Red Ruffles 30in, Cut Black Ruffles 30in

For Bottom you will need 5 Red Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Black Ruffles cut at 30in

For Top you will need 4 Red Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Black Ruffles cut at 30in

Ribbons Cut -12in
