Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Ruffles 30” long

Top- Cut Ruffles 30” long

For Bottom you will need 5 Black Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in

For Top you will need 4 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 Black Ruffles cut at 30in

Ribbons Cut -12in
