METHOD:

30in Ruffles

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Yellow and White Ruffles 30" long

Top- Cut Yellow and White Ruffles 30" long

For Bottom you will need 5 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in and 5 White Ruffles cut at 30in

For Top you will need 4 Yellow Ruffles cut at 30in and 4 White Ruffles at 30in

Ribbons Cut - 12in
