Trying Buldak Carbonara With Tex Mex Cheese

I try mixing the Buldak Carbonara version with Tex-Mex-style cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, monetary jack, jalapeno pepper).
This was inspired by Korean celebrities who ran a pop-up shop in Mexico for a few weeks after learning culinary skills from Korean chefs, then trying it out in Mexico City. They served Buldak noodles as one of the menu items, adding cheese on top, running it on the microwave, then serving. A lot of Mexicans liked this.
This can also work with processed cheese or cheese shredded using a shredder.
