Make Instant Masala Tea Powder at Home
A recipe for making masala tea powder:
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cloves
1 tablespoon cardamom pods
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1 tablespoon cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
Dry roast the cloves, cardamom pods, black peppercorns, and cinnamon sticks in a pan over medium heat until fragrant.
Remove from the pan and let cool completely.
Grind the spices into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
Add the ginger powder and nutmeg to the ground spices and mix well.
Store the masala tea powder in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
To make masala tea, simply add 1 teaspoon of masala tea powder to a cup of hot water and stir until dissolved. Enjoy!
