I didn't buy this to lock a grill or whatever product this company sells. I bought it to lock other stuff. And it works great. Nice and sturdy and positive-locking. Works well.
I bought this specifically because people said it was skinny enough to fit in their kayak hole and it is too fat to fit in the hole at the front. It is however a durable lock.
I dont want to give it a bad review because it is not advertised as a kayak lock, but wanted to warn people buying it for that reason that it might not...

I bought this mostly for locking my EMS up at campgrounds and it is perfect for that. It is definitely versatile enough to use for many other applications. So far I am very satisfied.
I really love this lock - I know its intended usage is to lock a certain type of grill; however, it is perfect for securing our kayaks on our dock.
