On Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 10:15 a.m. ET, the Committee on House Administration held a full committee hearing titled, “American Confidence in Elections Act: The Role of the Election Assistance Commission in Free, Fair, and Secure Elections.” In this clip Chairman Bryan Steil announced that the state of California illegally applied federal EAC funds to a get out the vote campaign.
