Phil Anselmo Disavows Confederate Flag "Every Note is for Dime & Vince"

At a recent Pantera (aka Halftera) show in Sofia Bulgaria, Phil Anselmo called out a fan holding a sign with a confederate flag. Phil also said that every note the band plays is in honor of Dimebag and Vince.
