Mastering any skill takes effort and consistency. Each waking day is an opportunity to get stronger and better at whatever it is you are practicing. Doing push-ups everyday is an amazing way to kickstart your fitness journey if you’ve been struggling‼️💯
I have been at it for almost 90 days and I have gained tremendous muscle definition and strength. As I progress with my push-ups I will begin to change things up by adding more to my fitness dailies allowing myself to further progress‼️💪🏼🗓️
