What about those who have never heard the Gospel about Jesus Christ?

How will GOD judge the unevangelised? Will they be saved? Is universalism true? Why evangliese then?
The Gospel of Jesus Christ may be summarised by John 3:16, 'For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish, but shall receive eternal life.' But what about those who have never heard the Gospel?
