One of the easiest ways of deep breathing is box breathing. Here is how to do it:
1๏ธโฃ Inhale deeply for a count of five.
2๏ธโฃ Hold for a count of five.
3๏ธโฃ Exhale for a count of five.
4๏ธโฃ Hold for a count of five.
5๏ธโฃ Repeat the process for 5 to 10 times.
