Baby Blood from 1990 is a French horror movie
about a pregnant woman who ends up with some Alien like Eel
getting up inside her and giving her the thirst for blood.
In this I learnt that pregnant women who kill for blood
are only trying to feed their baby, so we've misjudged
them types big time!
This is the English dub version that randomly goes into French
at parts!?!
Also Gary Oldman was uncredited for playing the voice
of the Foetus monster, apparently
