CONCLUSION:
The first degree murder charge was taken off the table when Lino was indicted by a grand jury on 2nd degree murder charges, and In November of 2021, Luis Lino pleaded guilty to those charges, he was sentenced to 25 years, and is currently serving his time within the state of Arizona. He is scheduled to be released on September 2nd, 2044.
