In this video, we're going to show you how we're storing our allotment garden harvest. By storing our harvest in different ways, we're able to use the food from our garden throughout the year. And how well or Badly it stored!

We we have used a range of methods including canning, freezing, fermenting and dehydrating our harvest. Then we'll talk about homemade food storage, where we'll show you how to store a years worth of food. We'll finish up with a food store topic, where we're going to discuss organic food storage. By learning about these different storage methods, we're able to use the food from our garden throughout the year!
