Charles Foster 911 call March 6, 2015

March 6, 2015, Charles Foster called 911 after he punched his wife in the face, fracturing her cheekbone. When the police arrived, they heard yelling coming from within Mr. and Mrs. Foster's apartment. Shortly after, Charles emerged from the apartment and said that he would like to finish his cigarette before he went to jail. once the police had Mr. Foster in custody, they gained entry to the apartment where they found Mrs. Foster on the sofa covered in her own blood having been stabbed twice.
