In this short how to video Dan Berg from www.Bergknifemaking.com demonstrated how he cast Skull knife scales with TotalBoat Thick Set resin. These handles or scales are cast without the use of a pressure pot. Dan used a variety of small skull pin to make a 3d mold plug and poured silicone to make a reusable knife handle mold.
