Elderberries from harvest to syrup

Elderberries grow wild here on the farm. Making elderberry syrup for cold and flu season is one of the things we do with the elderberries that we harvest. Sometimes I add lemon juice to the water but not always!
we make elderberry jelly too! And we often have enough elderberries to share with friends and neighbors too!!
