Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, has agreed to plead guilty in a federal tax and gun case. The charges stem from a 2018 incident in which Hunter's then-girlfriend threw a gun in a trash can outside of a grocery store. The gun was later retrieved by police, who found that it was registered to Hunter. Additionally, Hunter failed to report $400,000 in income on his 2014 tax returns. While the charges are serious, it is important to note that they are unrelated to the ongoing investigation into Hunter's business dealings in Ukraine and China.
