Cancer, heart disease and emphysema due to smoking are destroying the health of millions today and the death toll is staggering. Can there be any doubt that this is from Satan who has come "to steal, and to kill, and to destroy" John 10:10.?? The Lord loves you and wants the body He has given you to be healthy. God's Spirit dwells in the heart of a believer. The Holy Spirit is inside your body and your body is like a church or sanctuary for God. It should be a pure and holy place. "Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you...therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's" 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.
