Nothing like riding the subway in New York City. Go in, never know if you'll make it out alive or not. This is why these people end up in the ground, as they should be. This is a 28 year old black man, Kemal Rideout, who slashed 3 different women in the Subway. The police chief, Michael Kemper, said he was apprehended by simply taking a photo and walking up and down the streets.
