Virginia Has Shocking Discrimination Issues

The ACLJ has filed a lawsuit against the Virginia Real Estate Board for harassing and discriminating against a local agent who has a Bible verse – John 3:16 – on her website and phrases like “Jesus Loves You” in her email signatures. The board is essentially saying that expressions of faith are essentially proof that our client would discriminate against people of other faiths. This runs squarely against the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment.
