In the substance that shall not be named, we find an old enemy, as demonstrated through corroborating evidence. It really does not matter by which name you call this substance, rather, the importance lies with motive and planning; also referred to as Pre-Meditation. The topic covered in this video is for all, the faint of heart even, since this subject effects all. We shall find that the woes of today are, in fact, nothing new. Such things have happened before, and will continue to happen, until those that are complicit, culpable, and liable, be properly, and appropriately, held to the ultimate solution. However, such liability and accountability cannot be administered by them, as has so often been the case.
