Back in 2005, numerous victims would come forward to state they had witnessed a man standing, watching them as they slept. Nothing of value was taken, and nobody was harmed.

But for the terrified residents of Cape Elizabeth, Maine, they demanded answers. Sadly, they would never get them.

These true crime stories are presented in a documentary style format, detailing criminal investigations, informing viewers of the background of the victims in a respectful manner and providing an insight into the minds of those carrying out these dark acts.
