The missing submarine Titan, from Ocean Gate is having new video surface on social media regarding the CEO, apparently stating they did not want 50 year old white guys with military experience like other sub companies. But wanted to hire based on inspiring others to get into the field. As DEI and affirmative action takes hold in society, we need to think about its impact on safety.
