TITANIC SUB Debris field all hands lost what could have happened

The Titanic Sub I believe had questionable concerns in design and review/Maintenace/Inspection the records of that are pending. However, Management had a 'no 50-year-old' experienced guy policy that was going to pilot the sub, he want someone young and exciting. that could do it with a video game controller. There was also court cases and ex-employees that raised concerns about Hull integrity design and lack of inspection.
