In this video I go over a review of the "Viral" Diagnostic Methods from the main paper on COVID-19 "virus" isolation. The paper states that 4 lower respiratory tract samples were collected from Wuhan pneumonia patients (of "unknown cause") in December 2019 and were compared with 7 samples from Beijing pneumonia patients (of "known cause"), yet this comparison is never properly detailed in the paper. Nucleic acids were extracted from the samples and then polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to test for "22 known viruses and 4 known bacteria". Next generation sequencing (NGS) technology was then performed and they somehow detected sequences not discovered by the PCR tests. Reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) was then used to detect "viral RNA", which later in the paper they conclude is from a novel "coronavirus". This appears more as an exercise in computer generated sequencing than actual detection of real-life "disease causing particles"...
