Leaders have to be lighthouses.

The entire purpose of a lighthouse is to guide people to safety, help them find their way back home, and help make sure they stay away from rocks or cliffs that might crush their ships.

A leader’s job is to guide people in their organization to success.

But to do that, leaders have to build themselves up to become that lighthouse.

Leaders need to learn new things and adapt to shine their light on others and onto the sea of uncertainty.
