Today we will look at why, in my humble opinion, central banks are underestimating the consequences of almost 15 years of massive monetary inflation via ZIRP and QE.

I will go over the Cantillon Effect and why policymakers and MSM economists have been behind the curve in terms of forecasting rising prices as per the CPI.

My conclusion is that central banks and markets are still way behind the curve in terms of where interest rates need to rise.
