Summer Solstice energy is through the roof. So many ascension systems.
Feeling dizzy, tired, no sleep, ringing in the ears, nauseated, or something else. This is very normal. There are too many energies going on that we don't even understand. One minute you dead tired next minute full of energy. Be patient with your self. Be kind to yourself. Love yourself.
