Unfortunately, paper trading (simulator/demo trading) can not perfectly create the psychology challenges we all face when our hard earned, real, money is on the line. In other words, there are all kinds of mind tricks we need to be on guard against. With that being said, there are also mind tricks we can use on ourselves for our own benefit. In this day and age of social media and YouTube, it is very hard to lose your grasp on reality. You can quickly become detached from reality which creates a host of problems within your personal day trading results.
