WHAT I EAT IN A DAY While Breast-Feeding | Postpartum 40lbs Weight Loss

Here's what I eat in a day while exclusively breastfeeding (EBF). I don't pump or take any lactation supplements. But I have tried the Munchkin lactation cookies and mother's milk tea before. On a regular day, this is what I might eat, and I continue to take many vitamins that you might see in a prenatal stack including: vitamin b, d & k, alpha GPC, biotin, omega 3, B100, calcium citrate, ferrochel iron, and magnesium. This is not a medical recommendation for achieving an overproduction of milk when EBF and cluster feeding, but my personal diet experience.
