The Head of PMC Wagner Evgeny Prigozhin claims in a video that Rostov's military facilities including its airfield are under control as the Deputy commander of the Russian Joint Forces calls for the group to stop their “rebellion.” Authorities in Moscow launch anti-terrorist measures, strengthening controls on the roads as military vehicles are seen near the Kremlin. Ukrainian forces are preparing for offensive operations in the area of Artyomovsk - also known as Bakhmut - taking advantage of Wagner chief Evgeny Prigozhin's provocations, that's according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
