SC - NPC AI Improvements

Not like you guys care for shorts in multiple parts but here we go again. For anyone keeping track or reading my descriptions this is the first half of a "Eliminate Drug Stash" lawful mission that i had no intention of recording but after interacting with the NPC Ninetails I had to back capture footage and start recording. Now the SC tick rate and desync is still horrible at times but the AI has absolutely been improved. This Bunker was actually extremely fun. The AI pressed and changed routes. I know crazy, but things are amping up for sure. Enjoy this first part. Part 2 will start when i pulled back to hit record.
