A Tiefling meets Lump the Enlightened - Baldur's Gate 3

Lump the Enlightened can be found in the Blighted Village eating a tiefling. If you chose (and are successful) the diplomatic route you can get a horn that you can use to summon Lump and his two dimwitted friends to help you in battle, or you can simply kill them
