If you want to dominate in any sport or lift maximal weights . You have to train your hands /forearms. I bought this hand gripper at WestSide Barbell. Com . Don’t train to heavy or to light keep it right in the middle . I do one three minute round five times a week . I just do as much as I can and work through the round .
