DUD or SPUD - Death Spa | MOVIE REVIEW

In Death Spa (1989) we learn you can get a full body
burn, without it showing and only get temporally blind from it?
Some people die, others get a mild tan so it's a bit over the place
with the 'horror' here.
Some kill cools (when it happens) mind.
Is it good enough to get the SPUD though?
