It is a proven fact that sex offenders, especially pedophiles, do NOT rehabilitate. So, why are they ever released from prison? This should ALWAYS be a life sentence without possibility of parole. There are certain things for which cruel and unusual punishment is justified, and this is one. It is right up there with terrorism.
