Small Grid Fighters vs ASSERT (ACS!) - Space Engineers – Fighter Combat Test

I try my hand at some small grid fighter combat versus ASSERT ships and fighter escort. I prefer close range “knife fight” with my Small Grid craft but I will still trade pain with my Large Grid ships too. Is it all in the ship or is pilot skill a bigger factor? Is snipping at a distance really a “fair “fight or do you not fire until you can see the terror in their eyes? Is it really PvP when you have turrets fighting turrets?
